Dead money
Money that is put in the pot by a Fold.
Dealer
The person who deals the cards during a card game.

In a Blackjack game, the dealer has to stand on 17. This means that he cannot receive any more cards when he reaches this value.

Dolly
A dolly is used as a win market during a game of roulette. The dolly is placed on the winning number so that all players know the result of the spin.

After recieving the first two cards in a game of Blackjack, the double option gives the player the opportunity to recieve just one more card and double his original wager.
