Alleged Robot Play In Full Tilt Litigation

TMZ.com, a United States entertainment publication has reported that two players from California have initiated a litigation against internet poker giant Full Tilt Poker.

The Background Story

The duo, Greg Omotoy and Lary Kennedy, claim to have opened an account with Full Tilt and made it out with $80,000. When it came time to cash out on their winnings, the two say that they were denied the cash, reasoning that they had used robots during play. Use of robots is strictly forbidden in the terms which all Full Tilt players are required to accept prior to playing on their site.

The Litigation

Omotov and Kennedy have filed their litigation in the L.A. County Superior Court, and have also included accusations of Full Tilt using robots of their own in order to manipulate their games.

Full Tilt's Side Of The Story

Full Tilt claims to have used an independent specialist to look over and review Omotov and Kennedy's accounts. The report that followed found records which indicated the players were using robots. It is also being reported that one of the players had multiple accounts, another clear violation of their terms and conditions.
