RAY to implement PlayScan protection tool

Finland’s state-owned gambling institution, Raha-automaattiyhdistys (RAY), is set to implement the PlayScan protection tool.
RAY will make its appearance in the online gambling industry this year. Janne Perakyla, gaming operations executive director for RAY, announced the implementation of the responsible gaming tool.

Swedish gaming monopoly Svenska Spel owns PlayScan. The protection tool offers online gamblers an accurate analysis of their gaming activities based on rational, cognitive and analytical data.

online gambling industry and meet our players in a new market. This responsible gaming tool enables our customers to manage and observe their gambling behavior.”
Responsible gaming tool
Svenska Spel developed PlayScan in 2006 in cooperation with the Swedish Gaming Institute and ICU Intelligence. The responsible gaming tool offers players a safety net by providing them information about their gaming behavior. PlayScan enables operators to interact directly with their customers.
