Who ever said gambling was bad, highly addictive and no-good for any cause? As unfortunately too less people know, gambling events are often organised to collect funds for charitable causes. Think off a fund raising gambling night for orphan homes, shelters and more good causes. Gambling is too often denigrated by the media. Positive announcements are put far away while negative rumours always seemd to appear in the newspapers, frontpage of course. Last month the fourth edition of a casino gambling night dedicated to the HPL (Horse protection League) took place. This special gambling event is organized every year. Goal is to raise as much funds as possible for the Horse Protection League, a charity foundation specialised in revovering and rehablitating abused horses. The gambling nights are meant for collecting funds for the poor animals but also for thanking the volunteers who run the organisation. Without these selfless people charitable causes like the Horse Protection League could’nt excist. It is fantastic to thank those people for another year of hard work. The organised gambling night is a succes year-in year-out. We sincerely hopd that those relaxing gambling nights, with a drink, a bite and of course a bit of gambling never stop to excist. We wish the horse league and its volunteers the very best!
