The USA authorities made another wave of gambling arrests this week. After months of expensive police investigation 6 people were arrested. The 6 man are suspected of running an illegal casino. Gambling Pal thinks it’s sad that the USA government is afraid to admit the fact that its citizens like a bit of gambling in their spare time. Gambling as entertainment, how old is that? Why can’t we spent our own money the way we like it? Why the witch hunt? Is gambling such a major problem in the United States? In Europe it isn’t a problem? Would running an illegal casinos be as profitable as it is now when people were free to gamble online? How much money would this save? How many expensive police hours? Is it an idea to use that money for real problems? Health care for instance?
